Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your oder arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of: the product, the packaging and the shipping label. I will do my best to resolve the issue! 🧸

Handmade Disclaimer: Each plushie is made entirely by hand, so small variations may occur. This is normal and part of the charm of handmade work. No two plushies are identical! 🫶

Lost Packages: If you choose an untraccked shipping option, Pabapandacrochet is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Tracked shipping is recommended for guaranteed delivery updates of your plushie! 😸
